Andrew, trying to fix Kirsty's CD walkman when she came for dinner.
He didn't end up succeeding, but he tried hard.

When I can't think of anything, I take pics of the cats.
This is my little Angie girl. The kittens got speyed a couple weeks ago, hence the bald patch on her flank. She's just so gorgeous and is sitting in her fave spot, at the top of my couch.

Juno. It's very hard to take a pic of Juno as she does. not. sit. still. ever. So frustrating. So here is her gorgeous self, about to jump up and grab the camera hehe.

Ellie. We cleaned the house tonight and I rearranged a little - nothing interesting though, but I moved their cat tree. So Ellie took advantage and the moment it was moved, she was up there making herself at home. I thought this one was quite cute.

3 and 4

Yesterday for work, I went to Hillarys Boat Harbour. They have a marina and a boardwalk and a swimming area inside the harbour. It is very very calm.
The weather is lovely and we went paddling. I've never taken a shot like this before, and regardless of whether it's a "good" shot, I like the fact that it's different.
The water was lovely and cool, and the sun was really warm.

I had forgotten to take my camera out to work today, and I just realised I hadn't taken any photos today, so decided to take one of my husband in his favourite place.

Project 365

I have decided to embark on the Project 365 challenge. I will endeavour to take a photo a day - and update every couple of days. I will also try to write a little blurb about each photo too, a byline to explain it if I feel like it at the time.

Here goes, photo 1 and 2.

Last night I cooked an Indonesian Rendang curry. This is what it looked like about halfway through cooking. Rendang is my favourite curry, it's delicious!

Today we had a party for my cousin Jack. He turns 10 tomorrow. This is him taking a deep breath to blow out all those candles!
